Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app where no custom license is provided with its App Store listing. These terms describe WiseGoal’s services and do not replace mandatory consumer rights.
Eligibility and wellness information
WiseGoal is for adults. Its calorie planner supports eligible adults aged 18–75 and is not intended for pregnancy, breastfeeding or circumstances requiring an individualized medical nutrition plan.
Nutrition estimates, forecasts, plan suggestions and exercise guidance are general wellness information, not medical advice or guaranteed results. Food images cannot establish exact ingredients, portions or allergens. Review and edit estimates before saving, check ingredients, and use appropriate professional guidance for your health and exercise needs.
You decide whether to accept a suggested plan change. AI explanations do not change your targets by themselves.
Your account and content
Provide accurate information, protect your account access, and upload only content you have permission to use. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, or bypass access or usage limits.
You retain your rights to your journal and photos. You permit us to process them to provide the features you choose, as described in the Privacy policy.
Guest records can be lost when a device is erased, lost or replaced. Signing in enables supported account sync; progress-photo backup is separately optional. Keep copies of anything you need. Restoring a purchase restores eligible subscription access, not a lost local journal.
Subscriptions and billing
WiseGoal includes free manual tracking. Optional WiseGoal Plus subscriptions are $59.99 per year, billed upfront, or $9.99 per month, in USD. Apple displays your localized price, taxes, billing period and renewal terms before purchase.
Eligible subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial, followed by the selected plan’s recurring charge unless cancelled. Apple determines eligibility; changing plans does not guarantee another trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel through Your space → Manage Apple subscription or your Apple account. For a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel billing. Refund requests go through Apple’s refund process.
Free manual tracking, existing history, export and deletion remain available without Plus. Subscription price changes follow Apple’s applicable notice and consent requirements.
AI features and usage limits
Paid monthly and annual plans include unlimited food scans for personal use. An eligible trial includes 40 food scans; only successful scans count toward the trial allowance. Food scans cover AI estimates from food photos and nutrition labels. Barcode lookups are unlimited. Meal ideas and weekly explanations have separate limits shown in the app.
AI results may be inaccurate and must be reviewed. Temporary rate limits may apply to prevent automated or abusive use. Availability can be affected by connectivity, provider or service-capacity limits. Paid plans have no monthly food scan quota. Retrieving a completed result does not count as a new generation.
Availability and ending use
Online features depend on your device, connectivity and service providers. We may change features or restrict access to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law and paid-service obligations.
You can stop using WiseGoal and delete your account in the app. The Privacy policy explains deletion and retained records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
