Contact support
WiseGoal is developed by Joshua Tonga. Email hello@wisegoal.app for help. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, WiseGoal version and a short description of the issue. Screenshots can help if personal information is removed. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card details.
Subscriptions and refunds
Open Your space → WiseGoal Plus to subscribe or restore purchases. Use the Apple account that made the purchase; if asked, sign into the WiseGoal account originally connected to it.
To cancel, use Your space → Manage Apple subscription or follow Apple’s cancellation instructions. Apple displays your trial eligibility, billing date and localized price. Deleting WiseGoal or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests go through Apple.
Restoring Plus restores eligible access, not a journal stored only on a lost or erased iPhone.
Sign-in and sync
Use the same sign-in method on each iPhone. For email sign-in, enter the latest eight-digit code within ten minutes. Check your address and spam folder before requesting another code.
Signing in enables supported journal and meal-photo sync. Progress photos need their separate backup setting. Offline edits sync when connectivity returns. Avoid deleting local data while unsynced entries are still needed.
Food estimates
Use a clear meal photo or nutrition label, then review the estimate, portions and logging date before saving. Label photos should show serving size, calories and protein. Nothing becomes a meal until you confirm it.
If interrupted, use the recovery option when offered. A completed result can be retrieved without another generation. Manual entry remains available when online features are unavailable. Check barcode results against your package.
Apple Health
Open Your space → Apple Health to manage access. WiseGoal reads steps, weight and completed workouts; it does not write to Health.
Stop Health updates keeps earlier imports. Remove Health imports removes WiseGoal’s imported copies while preserving the original Health records. Manage access on each iPhone, since another connected device may import activity again.
Export and delete data
In Your space:
- Export my journal creates a JSON copy. Save photos separately.
- Delete data from this iPhone removes local data, but not account backups.
- Delete account and cloud data removes account-owned journal content, cloud photos and saved AI results. Limited records remain as explained in the Privacy policy.
Turning off progress-photo backup removes cloud copies when sync finishes; copies already downloaded or exported remain separate. Save anything you need before deleting. Retry failed cloud deletion when connected, and follow any local-cleanup instructions shown by the app.
For privacy or account-access requests you cannot complete in the app, email hello@wisegoal.app.
